Coverage: 4% → 100% (+456 keys translated, including +6 manual fills for
technical labels and an audio threshold pair that did not exist in zh-CN).
Technical labels (FFmpeg, MQTT, ONVIF, Delta alpha) intentionally kept
as their English form per i18n convention for protocol/library names —
this matches what zh-CN does.
Translation pipeline same as #23224 / #23225 / #23226 / #23227 (OpenCC s2twp
+ Taiwan MS-style dictionary + manual review). No new dictionary patches
needed — all existing patches caught the issues in this file.
