a6a0e4d1de Bring recording playlist in front of video.js modals 
Ensure that the playlist doesn't get covered by video.js error messages,
preventing interaction.

Show snapshots on events page (#3763) 
* Add tabs to show snapshot or thumbnail as part of event details,
  even if event has a clip available.
* Add ability for TextTab to render as disabled.
