make app icons visible in dark mode

iOS web apps only get one icon, and iOS darkens it in dark mode, so the black bird on a white background turned into a black bird on a dark background. The apple-touch-icon is now a white bird on a near-black background, which survives dark and tinted modes. The SVG favicon switches the bird to white with prefers-color-scheme so it stays visible on dark browser tabs.
